Bernard Mills Sr. President

Bernard was born in Harlem Hospital, and he attended New York City Public schools. Harlem’s YMCA, Saint Philips, and “The Harlem Boys’ Club, which became The Lt. Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. Memorial Community, were instrumental in his physical and social development
Bernard has more than forty years of sales and managerial experience. He and his wife were co-owners of Berbec Photo, Inc., a retail camera and wholesale photographic supply business, established in 1969 on the Grand Concourse Bronx, New York. Bernard expanded the services of Berbec Photo by using his talents as a professional Wedding Photographer. Many engaged couples sought him out to photograph their “Special Day”.
Bernard honed his managerial skills while in the employ of Alexander’s Department Stores from January, 1979 to August, 1986. He was hired to manage the Camera Department and steadily advanced to become an Area manager responsible for several departments including, Radio/Television, House wares, Domestics, Electronics, Furniture, Records & CD’s and Cameras.
In August 1986 Bernard accepted a sales position with Seaman Furniture Company, Inc.
Within a year of his employment at Seaman Furniture, his colleagues recognized his leadership ability and elected him as their store’s representative in labor relations. He was later elected regional Shop Steward, covering stores in Westchester, Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens. He was also elected to serve as a Union Contract Negotiator (serving on five consecutive negotiating teams), and finally as a Union Delegate to the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Convention. Bernard retired July 31, 2005 ending a nineteen year career at Seaman’s Furniture proudly wearing the “Million Dollar Club Ring” signifying sales excellence.
Bernard is President of Harlem USA On Line.Com a family owned Web Service business that provides Online Advertising, Website Design & Hosting, and Online Events Registration Services. Harlem USA On Line has good relationships with businesses, and organizations in Harlem. Many of whom advertise on the site and, regularly use the free Event-Posting Service. Harlem USA On Line is an active member of both the Harlem Business Alliance and The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce.
Bernard is a partner of the Family Tree Investment Group and recently became a member of the Venture Consortium Group.

Charlotte Powell Vice President

Charlotte attended City University in New York where she received a B.S. in Education with a minor in Social Studies. She earned a Masters in Administration and Supervision from Baruch College. Charlotte was a former Middle School principal in the New York City School system. As such, she had the responsibility for the instructional plan for 1300 students. She was responsible for administration of the school and the supervision of her teaching and support staff. During her tenure, she initiated many programs. Charlotte founded the parent outreach program, directed and helped to coordinate Student Organization Community Projects, founded the building leadership committee, and initiated workshops for new teachers. Charlotte is a member of Lambda Kappa Mu Sorority, a service organization of business and professional women. She has served as Grammeteus, Tamiochus and Basileus. Charlotte joined HarlemUSAOnlne.com in 2003, as the Director of Education and Cultural Affairs.
She recently became a member of the Venture Consortium Group.

Mr. Mills attended Hofstra University and majored in Computer Science and General Business. Before joining HarlemUSAOnline.com, Mr. Mills was past owner and operator of Artlie's of Englewood Limousine Service, a business that grew for a one-car operation to a four-car operation in 1-1/2 years. He also managed the turn-around of a Bronx based ambulance company from an approximate $1MM a year revenue company that was losing money into a profitable 2.5 million dollars a year operation. Mr. Mills joined Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity while at Hofstra and has served as president of Xi Psi Chapter. Mr. Mills joined HarlemUSAOnline.com in 2003.

John Denegall Director of Finance

John attended Westchester Community College for Business Administration and Management. He has been the Vice President of Nico Asphalt Paving Co. since 1999; John oversees all phases of the day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Nico Asphalt Co., John was the Risk Manager at Citywide Asphalt Paving. He had the responsibility for all of the contracts and for overseeing all of the insurance and computer operations. He served as a Construction Claims Representative for Liberty Mutual. While with Liberty Mutual, John oversaw the construction of some notable projects, such as the Goldman Sachs World Headquarters on Broad Street, the IBM building on Madison and 57th Street, the ATT building the Intrepid and the Battery Park City foundations and sea wall construction. John has worked on major cases involving construction incidents such as the Chiclet Factory explosion in Long Island City and Otis Elevator incident involving the original computerized elevators in Manhattan. John is listed in the Whoís Who in the East and the Who's Who in Finance and Industry. John is currently a partner in Family Tree Investments. Recently became member of Venture Consortium Group.

Wade McPherson Chief Technology Officer

Wade is a graduate of Baruch College in New York City and holds a BA in Computer Science. Wade has been working in the financial sector since 1984 and has worked for companies like Paine Webber/UBS, Merryl Lynch, Bankers Trust, and Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. McPherson builds computer software systems and contracts his time to corporations on a per diem basis.. Wade is the President and CEO of MidNightHost Internet Services and offers web hosting services to both large and small companies seeking an internet presence. His operations are headquartered in New Jersey and services clients from Connecticut to Florida. Wade brings to the team, 20 years of computer software and systems administration experience.
